Disclosure and Conditions
You will see additional charges for hazardous item disposal and appliances.
During the winter time if load is frozen it will be an additional charge to scrape it out at the dump
No hazardous or combustible materials are allowed in our dumpsters.
A&M Disposal will not be held responsible for any damage to areas under our dumpsters.
We will not be responsible for the removal of any items outside the container at the scheduled pick-up time.
The customer assumes all responsibility for keeping the area around the container free of snow and debris to allow for pick up.
Our containers are not to be used for the disposal of illegal substances or medical waste.
There is an additional charge for moving a container from one location to another, even at the same address.
Our drivers are the only people allowed to move our containers for liability reasons.
If we arrive at a location at the scheduled drop off time and there is are unable to deliver because there is not a place prepared for the container you will still be charged for the delivery.
Containers are not to be loaded above the wall height / water height / water levels. Doing so makes the transportation of the container very dangerous to our drivers and everyone else on the road.
Return fee to pick up dumpster if we are called and we are unable to pick it up because of customers fault $100.
Will put dumpster on blocks if asked but not responsible for any damages from the weight of the container.
